Kevin Buckley sold a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 180 Treehaven Road, in Cheektowaga, to Natasha Therese Anderson for $105,000 on Oct. 10.

The 1,615-square-foot, two-story home last sold for $97,500 in September 2012.

According to BlockShopper, there have been 952 home sales in Cheektowaga during the past 12 months with a median sale price of $90,000.
