Landscape architect buys Hamburg 3BD

Medium 7c3ff39bb9b931b4cd9212a509906969 Ted Sonntag and Ruth Brown Hasseler bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 5527 Coachman's Lane in Hamburg from Edward P. O'Donnell and Mary Beth O'Donnell for $235,000 on Jan. 9.

The 2,328-square-foot house was built in 1991.

Sonntag is a construction project manager at Glen Gate Company, a construction and service firm.

He attended Norwalk Community College and studied landscape architecture at State University of New York College of Environmental Sciences and Forestry.
